Simple and Delicious Side Dish or Appetizer
Roasted Yams with Thai Butter
INGREDIENTS:
1 large yam peeled and cut into medallions approx ¼-½ inch thick
1/2 stick butter
1-2 T My Thai Gourmet Sauce
3 T thinly sliced green onions
1-2 T olive oil
TO DO:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Brush yams with oil and roast until thoroughly cooked and slightly browned
In a small sauce pan melt butter and then add the My Thai Gourmet Sauce
Place yams on a platter and drizzle with the Thai butter
Sprinkle with green onions and serve
