Thai Peanut Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3- 1/2 cup hot water (amount of water will determine the thickness of sauce)
1/4 cup My Thai Vinaigrette*
TO DO:
Whisk together peanut butter and water
Add My Thai Vinaigrette and whisk until smooth
OPTIONS:
Use different nut butters
substitute some of the hot water with coconut milk
Great with salad rolls, chicken satay, grilled tofu
