Chimichurri Smashed Peas
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz bag of frozen peas defrosted and drained
2 T River Wave Foods Argentinean Chimichurri
1/4 cup each of grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
TO DO:
Place peas and chimichurri in food processor and pulse until well mixed, texture should be chunky
Fold in cheeses
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve with crackers or flat bread
