Grilled Lamb Chops with Chimichurri Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
6 to 8 lamb chops
4 T Chimichurri Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
TO DO:
Preheat a cast iron grill over high heat
Season chops with salt and pepper
Place chops in pan and sear for 2 minutes each side
Reduce heat to medium and cook another 3-4 minutes depending on thickness of the chop
Remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes before serving
Place a dollop of chimichurri on each chop and serve
