Spanish Deviled Eggs (Huevos Endiablades)
INGREDIENTS:
6 hard boiled eggs cooled and peeled
2 T finely diced red onions
3 T mayonnaise
2 T River Wave Foods Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce
Smoked paprika
TO DO:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise remove yolk and place in bowl
Mash yolk with a fork mixing in onions, mayonnaise and chimichurri
Fill each egg white with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika and garnish with a small sprig of dill
