Salmon with Berriyaki Glaze
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Salmon fillet
4 T Berriyaki Sauce
2 T Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk green onions sliced
TO DO:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Place salmon fillet skin side down on a baking pan lined with foil or parchment paper or cast iron fry pan
Brush salmon with olive oil and bake until done (approx 12-15 minutes)
Brush Berriyaki Sauce and bake another 1-2 minutes until light glaze has formed
Plate salmon garnish with green onion and additional sauce on side
