Chimichurri Compound Butter

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick softened butter 

2-3 T River Wave Foods Chimichurri Sauce

TO DO:

• Whisk all ingredients together until well blended

• Store in butter tub

SUGGESTIONS:

• Wonderful on grilled corn on the cob

• For garlic bread spread compound butter on both halves of lengthwise cut loaf of French bread and broil until golden 

• Place dollop of compound butter on a grilled halibut steak or rib-eye beef steak  

• Add to baked potato or mix with rice
