Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Berriyaki Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cleaned, trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts
2 T olive oil
1/2 medium red onion sliced thinly
8 pieces of bacon diced
1/4 cup Berriyaki Vinaigrette
TO DO:
Preheat oven to 400 F
Toss together Brussels sprouts, onion and olive oil
Place on lined baking pan, spreading everything into a single layer
While sprouts are roasting cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy, place bacon bits on paper towel to absorb oil
When sprouts are cooked and slightly browned place in large mixing bowl
Top with bacon bits and drizzle with Berriyaki Vinaigrette
Toss thoroughly and serve
